Anthurium - Flamingo Flower



The flowering of Anthurium are small and grow to a tribe known as 'butt'. The butt of the Anthurium grows in a variety of shapes and colors but mostly red. The leaves of the flower are large and simple. This grows approx. 30cm high.

The flower was a good indoor plants as they do not need much sunlight and prefer a milder climate. Secondly, it is not long survive frost or freezing. Anthurium, also known as the Flamingo Lily, Tail Flower Painter's Palette or member of the Araceae or Arum family. There are about 800 species of Anthurium flowers widely grown in tropical areas of Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, West Indies, Colombia, Ecuador, etc.
